We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to join our energetic Business Development department. You will be responsible for assisting with the special projects that span across the business development and marketing teams. The sales internship will allow for exposure to a diverse array of functional workflows within different departments, educating you on areas that may best align with your career interests. You will work with our sales and marketing leadership to boost our performance marketing and front-line sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate across cross-functional project teams to assist with ongoing initiatives happening on the sales and marketing teams
  • Assist in the development of new sales material
  • Assist in the management of marketing workflows
  • Learn and develop new sales skills
  • Facilitate clear and concise status updates for key project stakeholders including direct communications with department managers and leadership
  • Ability to work effectively with TCW leadership & stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, prioritization, and successful project delivery
  • Utilizing proven interpersonal and change management skills, overcome resistance to new processes and technologies


Qualifications & Skills


  • In pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Ability to think critically and creatively in developing solutions to challenges
  • Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of performing well in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts
