The Role:


As Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving our expansion and market presence. You will lead and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve exceptional sales results for our highly innovative SaaS solution.


What You'll Do:


  • Expand and lead a high-performing sales team focused on exceeding revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand our presence in the US market.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and market positioning.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive growth and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

  • Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams, ideally within the SaaS industry but not essential.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
