Naturepedic is seeking a visionary Director of Digital Media to lead our creative team and social teams and drive the visual identity across all platforms. This role will have a strong focus on elevating paid advertising campaigns and will also be responsible for managing and directing all photo and video production shoots. The Director of Digital Media will also oversee social media strategy, ensuring that our brand story is effectively communicated through compelling visual and written content.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Creative Leadership:
  • Develop and maintain the creative vision and strategy for Naturepedic’s brand across all touchpoints.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and other creatives to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with the brand’s identity and values.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.


  • Paid Advertising Strategy:
  • Drive the creative direction for all paid ad campaigns, including display, video, social, and search ads.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing and content teams to develop data-driven strategies that maximize ROI and align with business goals.


  • Photo/Video Production:
  • Plan, direct, and oversee all aspects of photo and video production shoots, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Work with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.


  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Oversee the development and execution of Naturepedic’s social media strategy, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to optimize content for maximum reach and impact.
  • Work closely with the social media team to create and curate content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Brand Management:
  • Safeguard and evolve Naturepedic’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Develop guidelines and frameworks for creative assets to be used across different platforms and mediums.


  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and e-commerce to ensure that creative strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to executive leadership and other stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the consumer goods or health/wellness industries.
  • Proven track record of developing successful creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, paid advertising, and social media content creation.
  • Experience in overseeing photo and video production, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for sustainability, health, and wellness is a plus.
