We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst with experience in the legal industry/law firm.


TOP REQUIREMENTS:

  • Help desk experience in legal industry/law firm.
  • White glove/VIP/executive support experience.
  • Technical stack: MS Office 365, Windows 10-11, iManage Work 10, DeskSite, Document Comparison Tools/Track Changes, Litera products, Adobe Acrobat DC, Citrix Remote Access, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.


This is a full-time permanent role that comes with base salary, benefits, bonus, and other exciting perks.


The role is HYBRID in Manhattan (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
