Our client, a large logistics company, is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their operations team on a hybrid basis in Seattle, WA.


This is a 2 month contract that has the ability to extend or convert, and pays up to $30 per hour.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop schedules for operations in support of the program
  • Drive operational/scheduling goals
  • Review and process schedule change requests from stakeholders or operations teams
  • Problem solve and anticipate problems before they occur
  • Maintaining a high bar for customer satisfaction and engagement


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in and admin role managing schedules or other customer facing roles
  • Demonstrated Excel experience
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Demonstrated experience managing routine scheduling across multiple communication channels including phone, email and chat.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders
