Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Human Resources Assistant for a large medical group. This is a 6 month positon covering a LOA.

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay $26.00-$28.00

Onsite

6 month assignment

Responsibilities include:

Full cycle recruitment and onboarding, anticipating staffing needs and addressing them through strategic sourcing plans, job postings,, screening and candidate interviews.

Present top candidates to hiring managers, conduct verifications of employment and reference checks, assist with new hire orientation, tracking and analyzing trends relative to turnover.

Additional areas of support could include electronic and paper records management, HRIS, employee events, employee rewards and recognition programs, worker's compensation and employee benefits.

Requirements:

2 plus years expereince in a human resources department as a multi-functional human resources assistant, representative, or recruiter.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, sociology, psychology, business or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Ability to read, write, interpret and explain simple to complex information.

Ability to use good judgment and demonstrate discretion in the handling of confidential and or sensitive information

Ability to approach others in a respectful manner, react well under pressure and follow through on commitments

Proven ability to deal positively with a wide range of people and personalities and handle tense situations in a diplomatic fashion

Ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations.
