We are looking for a seasoned professional with a distinguished background in Five-Star hospitality, who excels in strategic planning, team building, and the innovative reconception of food and beverage outlets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
  • Menu and Beverage Program Development:
  • Plan and develop food and beverage menus that reflect creativity, quality, and profitability, taking into account product availability, market conditions, and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to assign prices for menus that contribute to the overall profitability of the resort.
  • Innovate and refresh beverage programs, including wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings, ensuring they align with the resort’s luxury brand.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory management.
  • Implement creative cost control measures and revenue generation strategies to maximize profit within the food and beverage division.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment in all food and beverage outlets.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Develop and implement service standards that exceed guest expectations, ensuring a consistent and memorable dining experience across all outlets.
  • Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, continuously striving to improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering services.
  • Quality Control:
  • Establish and maintain control systems to ensure quality and portion consistency in all food and beverage offerings.
  • Regularly review operating criteria and develop strategies to improve food and beverage quality, service, and profitability.
  • Monitor all food and beverage operations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Food and Beverage in a Five-Star hotel or ultra-luxury resort environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring a diverse team.
  • Expertise in menu planning, beverage program development, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
