Job Description

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator and hands on Solution Architect at Pacific Power Source, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform to support our global sales, marketing, and customer service teams. You will leverage your Salesforce expertise to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and ensure data integrity. We’re looking for an experienced, proactive team member who can identify areas for business process improvement and bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and service through optimizing use of Salesforce. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver and a team player with a passion for using Salesforce to drive business success. Key Responsibilities:

·    Administration and Support: Manage Salesforce platform configurations, user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls. Provide ongoing support for users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

·    Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular audits, cleanup, and deduplication processes. Design and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

·    Customization and Integration: Customize Salesforce to meet business needs by developing custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts. Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems.

·    User Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new users. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and best practices.

·    Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automate repetitive tasks using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.

·     Change Management: Oversee all activities related to managing changes within Salesforce, including changes to business processes and technology. Champion Pacific’s move to new AI applications within Salesforce.

·    Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to gather requirements and implement solutions that support business objectives.


Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

•  Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (minimum of 5 years).

•  Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)

•  Marketing Cloud Administrator (strongly preferred)

•  Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and reporting capabilities and limitations

•  Proficiency in business analysis and process design.

•  Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
