Job Summary:

T-Mobile is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect, Wireless to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, Wireless, you will be responsible for designing and implementing wireless solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Sales to sell T-Mobile for Business products and services by leveraging technical skills, experience, and industry knowledge.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities by consulting with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Architect and design solutions utilizing T-Mobile or partner business solutions, equipment, and network.
  • Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and answer customer technical inquiries.
  • Support Business Sales by reviewing customer opportunities and sales funnels, and keeping them apprised of relevant technologies and industry trends.
  • Consult with Sales on the technical aspects of T-Mobile for Business products and services.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams to provide feedback, support special projects, and engage in market-level opportunities.
  • Maintain technical skills and industry expertise by participating in internal and external training opportunities.
  • Pursue and maintain partner or industry certification as required for the position.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Strongly Preferred)
  • 4-7 years of experience in telecommunications, IT administration, or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts (Required)
  • Technical Leadership (Required)
  • Project Management (Preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills (Required)
  • Sales experience with sales methodologies (Preferred)
  • Applications proficiency with business application software (Required)
  • Strategic Leadership (Required)
  • Technical Presentations (Required)
  • Subject Matter Expertise in at least one area of focus (SDWAN/Edge, Security, Mobile Internet/Routers, etc.) (Required)
