Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team of Recruiters in the High Desert, California. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our sales efforts, driving team performance, and expanding our presence in the local and national markets. This position offers a competitive base salary, along with the unique opportunity to participate in team success profit sharing, aligning your personal success with the performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share and expand client relationships nationwide.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Drive new business development and expand existing accounts in the local and national market.
  • Report on team performance and key metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, ideally with 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in managing a sales team, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing, industrial, mining, cement industries is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tools.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally, as needed, to meet clients, attend conferences and manage sales activities.
