Regional Sales Director

As a key member of the Cooper Companies team, the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and margin objectives for CVI products in their assigned region. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve peak performance.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed regional sales and margin quota on a monthly basis.
Recruit, hire, train, retain, develop and lead a high performing team of Account Executives.
Conduct routine co-travel coaching visits with each Sales Representative to improve Account Executive skills through coaching and evaluation.
Establish annual performance goals and objectives for each Sales Representative in line with corporate objectives.
Continually train and improve skills of the Sales Representatives on sales technique, product knowledge and value-added tools.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience in management and direct sales, preferably in the healthcare/medical products/consumer products industries.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a complex organization structure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CVI CRM system/On-Trac.
