Advantage Tech is hiring a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join a great client based out of Overland Park for a short-term project.


The position requires someone with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. The individual will perform inventory quality checks on new products, sort the inventory according to an inventory sheet, and prepare the inventory for shipping.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately record products in order of the inventory sheet
  • Perform visual and electronic inspections of product
  • Sort and stage the product
  • Prepare the product for shipping
  • Record results in Excel, Word, and/or Outlook
  • Sedentary work requires the lifting or carrying of up to 25 lbs


Requirements

  • Ability to work full time (40 hours), onsite, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, with flexible start/end times)
  • Availability from the beginning of October until the beginning of November
  • Able to pass a background check
