Overview:

Zest Dental Solutions, a leader in innovative dental solutions, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Digital Marketing Associate with 2-4 years’ worth of experience in a similar role. This role is crucial for driving new customer growth and optimizing performance across all b2b digital marketing channels. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase market share, particularly focusing on revenue growth, increasing top of funnel activity, and growing participation at key Zest educational events and activities.


Primary Responsibilities:

● Social Media Management: Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager on social media strategies. Create and schedule engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

● Content Creation: Assist in creating high-quality content for digital and print media, including blog posts, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, and social media graphics.

● Email & Content Strategy: Collaborate on email and content marketing strategies and campaign executions.

● Growth Marketing: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to meet or exceed KPIs.

● Merchandising/Digital Channel Management: Manage product information, and catalog updates, ensuring accurate SKU and content setup.

● Website and Ads Optimization: Assist in site audits in an effort to enhance the ecommerce experience to improve customer engagement and sales.

● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, sales, and product management teams to coordinate new product launches and ensure successful market introduction.


Secondary Responsibilities:

● Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.

● Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, email, SMS, and organic content performance. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and suggest improvements.

● New Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion across PPC, SEO, paid and unpaid social media. Launch and manage UI/UX improvements, CRO campaigns, and marketplace optimization.

● Project Management: Assist in managing digital project timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.


Education and Experience:

● Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on e-commerce and performance marketing.

● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business is a plus, but not required.

● Experience with Magento, Shopify, and/or familiarity with other e-commerce platforms preferred.

● Prior work with B2B retail or dental industry experience is a plus, but not required.


Skills and Qualifications:

● Proficiency in Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).

● Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

● Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and levels.
