Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and process improvement, particularly in security processes. This role involves evaluating and streamlining governmental operations, documenting processes in ISO standards, and working towards significantly reducing the time taken for high-level approvals.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze existing processes within the IT and security domains to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document current processes in accordance with ISO standards, focusing on SOC/Security Architecture.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and other relevant materials.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.
  • Continuously monitor process performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, preferably within IT and security environments.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards, SOC, and Security Architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in process documentation tools and software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including high-level government officials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with governmental operations and procedures is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience in security analysis or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a governmental or military environment.
