Qualifications:

- Experience in coaching or mentoring sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with franchise teams.
- Experience with various sales and lead management technologies, including CRM systems, data analytics tools, and project management software.
- Background in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve closing rates.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including franchisees, corporate teams, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred but not required.
