Key Responsibilities:


  • Student Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions to promote our programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other relevant organizations.
  • Admissions Process:
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including application submission, document collection, and interview coordination.
  • Review applications to ensure completeness and compliance with admission requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to applicants regarding program details, admission criteria, and deadlines.
  • Enrollment Management:
  • Track and analyze enrollment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with academic advisors, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment and enrollment activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Top Skills: Bachelors, Enrollment, CRM, Creating Events & Webinars for recruitments.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in higher education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other enrollment management tools is a plus.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
