JOB SUMMARY: The Risk Administrator performs various administrative tasks supporting the operations of the risk program.

  • Perform various skills assessment programs, including entry of records, running reports, and auditing as necessary.
  • Maintain various training record programs for the company.
  • Assist with administrative tasks supporting the department, as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with the company safety, education, and training programs by assisting in creating necessary forms, applications, or other related items, as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance on in-house and cloud-based safety data management platforms, including data entry, program and policy submissions, and training assignments
  • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two-year degree preferred
  • Two+ years of applicable work experience in an administrative support role
  • Reside within a 35 mile radius of Wright Service Corp. Corporate office.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products utilizing the latest operating system
  • Adobe Acrobat experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning and patience. Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is highly preferred.
