Product Manager - Ecommerce of Industrial MRO products & Supply Chain
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our ecommerce platform, digital marketing and supply chain initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for our industrial MRO ecommerce business.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for our ecommerce platform, digital marketing and supply chain capabilities to drive business growth.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders across ecommerce, supply chain, digital marketing, sales, and operations teams. Write product requirement documents for new product features and communicate with IT teams to create product delivery plans.
Delivery Plans:
- Conduct market research, user testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions and optimize the customer experience.
- Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery cadence in an agile development environment.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop training materials and enable effective change management for new product releases.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and evangelize an exceptional user experience across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce, supply chain, or B2B technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with agile development process and tools.
