Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead and manage client projects focused on digitalization strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their production processes and identify opportunities for digital enhancements.
  • Design and implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Oversee the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics into client operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in production engineering to support the development and deployment of digital solutions.
  • Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in production engineering within the oil & gas industry.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in digital transformation or digitalization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, operations, and challenges in the oil & gas and new energies sectors.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including AI, machine learning, data analytics, and process automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Some Travel may be required.
