We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our team at TPI Staffing, Inc. This role will provide administrative support to our Operations Department, working closely with project managers and purchasing managers to streamline operations and preconstruction processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day needs in the Operations Department, including coordinating with vendors, project managers, and customers.
- Help to develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Work with a CRM platform to manage projects and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address operational challenges.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
- Experience with Microsoft-related programs and CRM platforms is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to take direction and learn our process.

Competitive salary range of $50K-$55K depending on experience, with potential for promotion to Project Manager.
