The Human Resources Specialist will play a critical role in managing our payroll processes, talent acquisition, recruiting efforts, and employee relations. Additionally, this role will include various office administrative duties such as filing and other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills, a solid background in HR operations, and experience with Paycor.


Key Responsibilities:


Payroll Management:

  • Oversee and manage all payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Resolve any payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
  • Experience with Paycor is required.

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Office Administration:

  • Perform various administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and general office support.
  • Assist with other HR and administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on payroll, recruiting, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Paycor or similar HR/payroll software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
