As a Regional Sales Executive with Veransa, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively promoting our products/services. This dynamic role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct presentations to potential clients showcasing our products/services and addressing their needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Skillfully negotiate terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the scale house system.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, logistics, scale houses, and product development, to align strategies and goals.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an agricultural industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with computers, various software, and sales analytics.
  • Knowledge of the Agricultural industry and market trends preferred.

Education:

  • A High school diploma.
  • Some college, or work experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel, if necessary.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Base pay with commission, paid monthly.
  • Full benefit package, paid by the Employer including employee health insurance, dental & vision insurance, short-term and long-term insurance and Life insurance.
