Tahzoo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager to join our team. As a global leader in digital transformation and customer experience, Tahzoo works with a wide range of partners to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. The Partner Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our partner relationships and expanding our partner network.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing partners, as well as identifying and onboarding new strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure the success of partner programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing partner relationships, a deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape, and a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing partners, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners, aligning with Tahzoo's growth strategy and target market
  • Identify leads and partner with the executive team to close opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop partner programs and initiatives that drive revenue growth
  • Stay current with industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management at a technology company
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record of managing successful partner relationships and driving revenue growth through partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the digital transformation landscape and customer experience industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success
  • Experience in the technology or digital marketing industry
  • Located in either Washington DC or Seattle, WA
