Panoramica della posizione: The Plant Human Resources Business Partner is a qualified professional with specialized knowledge of all human resources and business operations issues to meet complex challenges. She/he is actively involved in daily business operations as well as the companys long-term plan. She/he acts an active role in the human resources department and help the HR Director in acting as a liaison manager between the labor force and the management. She/he is responsible for a site recruitment plan and oversees the engagement of new personnel and their correct training in the plants particular techniques and processes, as well as in the applicable EHS standards in collaboration with the EHS department. The job holder supports the line management in evaluating performances, managing salaries and wages, and employees work schedules. She/he makes live the employees life-cycle in all its phases, from employer branding activities, recruiting onboarding, L&D, to the offboarding activities. She/he is a key asset for the Plant as she/he provides benefits, helps resolving disputes, and communicates with employees at every level. She/he is required to prepare and distribute information for management to be used during unions meetings and will carry knowledge about bargaining trends, wage data, economics and labor laws. She/he, working with the HR Director, will interpret and administer employees contracts regarding issues such as economics, work hours, salaries and wages, learning & development paths.

Responsabilit e qualifiche: The HR Business Partner is: In charge of the employee life cycle management from sourcing, performance, development, and recognition in line with the business partners and the other HR colleagues. Provide HR support, through partnership and coaching to managers and employees in the given area of responsibility. Proactively identify and mitigate any conflictual, performance or behaviour-related situation. Participate and support local, regional, and global HR initiatives aiming at the continuous improvement of the HR function, processes, and services. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs. Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community.

Education required: Bachelor or Masters degree in Social Sciences, business management, economics or human resources or Equivalent training with background in Business management or human resources.

Experience: Previous working experience of at least 5 years as a HR Genearlist / BP in manifacturing environment.

Skills: Hands-on approach Demonstrated proficient competencies in

business operations Strong leadership, Management and problem-solving skills Confidence, time management and strong organizational skills Strong ability to motivate, lead, and give directions to the team of employees from various backgrounds Good communication skills to all levels of the organization Must have the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization Fluent in English Knowledge of HR systems and databases Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and site CMMS applications.
