Headquartered in Spain, Profand’s mission is to create a multinational company within the global fishing sector, processing and manufacturing the highest quality seafood under a fully integrated and sustainable model from extraction to sale, while also ensuring the highest safety and profitability.


Stavis Seafoods, A Profand Company, is looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be developing long-term customer relationships while meeting and exceeding the company's sales goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactive approach to sales with a focus on building relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • Negotiates prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Creates monthly sales reports.
  • Participates in annual seafood expos, domestically and internationally.
  • Collaborates with buyers, customer service, finance, and other departments.
  • Assists customer needs and solving issues.
  • Supports the Sales team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or equivalent. Sales certification will be a plus.
  • Seafood industry experience mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • CRM experience and excel proficiency is a plus.
