Manager of Customer Success Team

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively lead and manage a team of Customer Success managers to retain customers & support the acquisition of new clients. Key to have team management experience, enjoy inside sales & the ability to work closely with the outside sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead & manage a team of 5-10 customer success (inside sales) managers
- Retain & Reup current clients
- Help the outside sales team acquire new clients
- Set goals & scorecards for the team & manage delivery of KPIs
- Ability to design an incentive system to achieve team goals
- Support Sales/Marketing teams in building engaging customer presentations
Qualifications
- Previous team management experience (3 years)
- Experience in building high performance teams
- Passion for Sales delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
