About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Executive to join our team at SAP SE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in creating a world-class digital customer engagement experience that provides an easy-to-use digital entry point with on-demand access to self-help, guidance, and experts from SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer onboarding and adoption processes to improve renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and customer success in the Digital customer segment.
  • Design and execute engagement models for all customer classifications to scale our customer engagement efforts.
  • Utilize a low-touch/virtual engagement approach to provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
  • Commercial experience including experience developing and executing account management plans.
  • Experience managing high-volume customer engagements is optimal.
  • Proven ability to work with virtual/social tools to engage with customers.
  • A self-starter with energy and drive and the ability to work multiple priorities.
