About Us

Summary

The 33 Threads Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department with a strong focus on domestic wholesale and international sales teams. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager. This individual is responsible for developing, building and overseeing the wholesale event process and providing logistical support. The ideal Wholesale Marketing Coordinator will be a positive self-starter that is eager to support the marketing team and all its functions.


Duties and Responsibilities


General

  • Support wholesale co-marketing for key accounts, domestic and international
  • Support brand photoshoots as requested
  • Maintain organization of marketing content & assets. Deliver to partners / team as needed
  • Maintain wholesale marketing and event calendar and project management as assigned
  • Contribute to staying best-in-class with POP, displays, ect for domestic and international needs


Tradeshow and Sales Event Support

  • Assist in strategizing and evolving our booth experience annually with creative, innovative, and intriguing activations that attract buyers to our booth
  • Lead event planning and execution for all assigned tradeshows . Manage logistics and be central hub for details – including travel, product, shipping,product return
  • Lead event marketing for all assigned tradeshows. Work backward to be sure collateral and campaigns are on time
  • Manage setup/breakdown + working booths at select major tradeshows (requires domestic and international travel)
  • Support dealer events, pop up shops and Sip & Shops for key accounts, wholesale and international
  • Maintain accurate inventory and keep trade show props and collateral organized and stocked
  • Support seasonal sales meetings in collaboration with Sales Team
  • Work with Graphic Designer and Wholesale Marketing Manager to provide appropriate collateral for tradeshows


B2B Support

  • Assist in building and maintenance linesheets in NuORDER
  • Ongoing audits in NuORDER to verify products are populating correctly and linesheets are merchandised correctly
  • Assist in campaign planning, list creation and SMS as assigned


International Support

  • Support distributor co-marketing when applicable
  • Send any artwork, e-blast, social media collateral etc. monthly/quarterly
  • Maintain global calendar of events/tradeshows that Distributors are participating in
  • Continuously monitor all distributors’ social media, e-blasts, websites etc. to ensure updated marketing material is being used and any old images and information is removed


Social Media Support

  • Conduct brand and influencer outreach
  • Coordinate daily posts (consumer and dealer)
  • Source content
  • Engage with social media community (likes, comments)


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Marketing experience.
  • Preferably experience in the wholesale apparel industry.
  • Experience with event marketing and trade shows.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, excellent written and verbal skills, attention to detail, highly organized with ability to multi-task, should be solutions oriented and a critical thinker, team player that is positive and willing to jump in and help where needed.
