Job Title: Inventory Support Analyst

Salary: $80-$100k/ Annually

Location: Portland, OR - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs branch and companywide inventory reporting.
  • Responds to varying ad-hoc requests and assists the Purchasing Director on multiple projects; centralization, deadstock disposition and supply chain SOP development (vendor transition, item code setup rules and SKU rationalization).
  • Attends Koerber and MHI implementation calls.
  • Visits remote branches for warehouse review.
  • Attends NetSuite launches at each branch according to our moving implementation schedule.

Requirements:

  • Data-driven, collaborative and a self-starter.
  • Effective communicator
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Designs actionable steps based on conversational direction
  • Flexible, hybrid and open to travel as needed
  • 5+ years in a supply chain role

Qualifications:

  • Experience with spreadsheets, databases, ERP, and demand planning
  • Experience resolving discrepancies between inventory, revenue, and PO's
  • Studying and reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements
  • Maintaining and improving company-wide inventory by analyzing which products are selling and which are not
  • Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory related reports, trends, problems, and improvement
  • Inter-departmental collaboration skills
