We are looking for a talented and creative Inside Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow our brand.


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager with a strong passion for the food and beverage (F&B) industry, particularly bubble tea and desserts, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our customers, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase market share. Plan and execute the marketing calendar, identifying target markets, defining positioning strategies, and creating compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, *RedBook, etc.), manage and grow our social media presence, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. Closely follow online trends to keep our content relevant.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Manage digital channels to engage with our target audience and drive conversion.
  • Website Promotion & Content: Oversee website content to ensure it is engaging, up-to-date, and effectively promotes our brand and products.
  • Graphic Design & Visuals: Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for online and offline marketing materials, including promotional materials for new menu items, events, and specials.
  • Influencer Collaborations & Community Engagement: Organize influencer collaborations, maintain relationships with key influencers, monitor online reviews, and engage with the community to maintain a positive online presence.
  • Event Planning & Hosting: Plan and host events such as grand openings and other off-site activities. Promote these events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Promote Events & Catering: Develop and execute strategies to promote events and catering services to drive bookings and increase revenue. Plan and execute community outreach initiatives to strengthen our local presence and build relationships with local organizations and events.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with the team on marketing ideas and execution to ensure consistent and effective social media and PR campaigns.
  • Other Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be based in Chicago.
  • Strong passion for the food and beverage industry.
  • 1+ year of proven experience in marketing and brand management within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography, including editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for content shoots, events, and collaborations.
