We are seeking a dedicated Server to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our esteemed members and guests. In this role, you will be tasked with comprehending the menu, addressing dietary restrictions, suggesting food and beverage pairings, and providing exemplary service in line with Soho House's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster professional relationships with colleagues and management
  • Enhance the dining experience by recommending daily specials and food pairings
  • Effectively communicate dietary restrictions and concerns to management
  • Accurately complete shift checkout reports
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in food presentation and order management
  • Facilitate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Ensure cleanliness in the server area and bar
  • Make informed menu suggestions to guests
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong passion for customer service
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Familiarity with POS systems and tips certification
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Engage in physical activities such as lifting and bending
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
