Job Role: Infrastructure Delivery Manager(Onsite)


Work Location: Battle Creek, Michigan


Job Description


• Service Management: They should understand service management principles frameworks such as ITIL and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. This includes incident management, problem management, change management.

• Client Relationship Management: Service Delivery Managers need strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. They should be able to understand client requirements manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.

• Leadership: Possess leadership qualities to guide and motivate their team members. This includes the ability to delegate tasks provide clear directions and inspire collaboration and teamwork

• Financial Management: Basic knowledge of budgeting cost management and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals.

• Continuous Improvement: Service Delivery Managers should have a mindset of continuous improvement. They should proactively identify areas for improvement implement process enhancements and drive efficiency in service delivery.

• Technical Knowledge: While not always required to be hands on with technical aspects having a good understanding of multiplayer security infrastructure and emerging technologies can be valuable in understanding the service delivery landscape and effectively communicate with technical teams.

Project Management

• Work with Product Operations, Software Development and Quality Engineering teams to resolve any business or technical impediments affecting project delivery.

• Help teams develop and drive a plan with well-defined milestones.

• Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users and other internal groups to coordinate project activities.

• Help teams increase efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating redundancy, and tailoring SDLC processes to fit their needs.

• Work closely with the channel and product partners selected to this project.

• Conduct the project planning activities and manage the execution of large scale, high risk, or strategic projects according to plan (Opportunity Management, Initiating to Closing)

• Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer

• Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables

• Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them

• Work with Delivery PMO to utilize PM templates and Processes

• Work with the Stakeholders to evaluate NS2 Cloud Solution Requirements and provide guidance on solution/technical architecture guidance

• Analyze risk, establish contingency plans ad identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action

• 8-14 years of relevant experience

• Must have experience supporting retail customers
