About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Display Management Planner to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing the display of our products in various retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Display Orders: Coordinate with external partners to develop schedules and troubleshoot potential delays to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of displays.
  • Develop Strong Relationships: Partner with 3rd party suppliers to manage their weekly schedules and meet customer delivery dates. Liaise between Customer Service, Supply Planning, Commercial Strategy, Sales, and External business partners/locations.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate process adherence, including order lead time, schedule adherence, and inventory reconciliation. Facilitate progress on production purchase orders to meet customer delivery dates.
  • Solution-Oriented: Research and resolve operational issues, such as component shortages, prior to production. Resolve issues with internal partners and vendors through research and follow-up.
  • Leadership and Support: Provide ongoing support for VAS locations through weekly calls and regular email communication. Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including sales, customer service, and commercial strategy, to build a plan to best service customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or five years' experience required.
  • Skills: SAP and Excel expertise; basic understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft Office. Investigative mindset, ability to work with complicated data, and desire to research and develop solutions.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, ability to balance multiple workstreams simultaneously, and work with a sense of urgency.
  • CPG Experience: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience a plus.
