Role
Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Compensation analyst to join the team. The team are ideally looking for candidates who have experience with comp processes in some way whether running something small or being heavily involved in a comp process that someone else ran. This position reports to the Sr Manager of Analytics and Compensation and is responsible for analyzing and monitoring employee compensation as well as various other analytics including, but not limited to diversity.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Track compensation information in Partner Resource and Information Systems Management system to record partner compensation agreements, committee decisions, special payments, FTE status and separation arrangements
- Compute compensation components to follow equity policy and tax compliance rules for input in the system
- Create uploads to populate actual, historical compensation and other related arrangements in the system
- Populate admin source tables in the sysetm at month and year-end close
- Review financial schedules prepared for the annual partner evaluation and compensation review process
- Assemble financial report packets to support management at the year-end partner meetings
- Prepare financial schedules for management to determine compensation recommendations for promoted partners
- Update and generate annual compensation memos for the individual year-end partner packets
- Generate monthly recurring reports related to compensation provided to management
- Complete special project work and/or ad hoc reports or presentations
We are keen to hear from experienced Compensation professionals with ambition and drive. These individuals will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years' experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, written/verbal communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proactive with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- High degree of professionalism and sound judgment with an understanding of when and how to escalate issues
- Solution-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
