As we continue to grow we need to expand and and improve our digital presence We are seeking a dynamic and experience Digital and Social Marketing Director willing to immerse themselves into the marketing responsibilities for these three brands.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Warwick, RI for a Digital and Social Marketing Director. We are a small organization, so you will work with and report directly to ownership. The Digital and Social Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing e-commerce activities, and generating leads. They will also be responsible for analyzing web analytics and optimizing marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies, as well as proven experience in developing and executing successful digital and social media campaigns.
Casino or unique understanding of our industry is a plus, but the right candidate will be able to learn and adapt easily to how to successfully make an impact
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across all digital and social media channels.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with owners integrating our digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide strategic recommendations for innovation and improvement.
- Create and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI
- Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and objectives.
- Develop and maintain digital marketing budgets, forecasting expenditures, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or a convincing resume and job experience in a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, with proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
