THE JOB:
- Efficient Communication: Manage a high volume of phone calls, written correspondence, and emails with speed and accuracy.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships at all levels, engaging with company executives, Board members, and high-profile stakeholders.
- Travel Coordination: Organize business travel, adhering to corporate policies while personalizing itineraries through tools like Concur.
- Expense Management: Oversee and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Lead meeting preparation, from agenda creation to presentation materials, and follow up on action items.
- Event Planning: Manage on-site and off-site events, covering logistics, venue selection, travel, hospitality, and tech needs.
- Task Prioritization: Handle conflicting priorities with ease, expediting critical matters and ensuring follow-up on essential tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of all duties.
ABOUT YOU:
- Tech Savvy: You’re a pro at all things Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, monday.com, etc.
- Platform Proficiency: You have working knowledge of Zoom, WebEx, GlobalMeet, Oracle, and Slack.
- Experienced Support: You have 8+ years of experience directly supporting a CEO in a publicly traded company.
- Effective Communicator: You can effectively "push back" when needed, while remaining open to valuable feedback and learning opportunities.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and grace.
- Masterful Writing: Your written English is impeccable, and your communication skills are confident and precise.
- Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor's Degree, showcasing your academic prowess.
