Pom Pom at Home is searching for a Sales Operations Manager. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales operations and driving business growth. Your expertise will help us enhance sales processes, manage our CRM systems, develop sales strategies, and support our dynamic sales team in achieving their targets. This position is fulltime, onsite Mon-Fri. The position offers Healthcare and Dental Care options, 401k, PTO vacation and sick time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and improve the efficiency of the sales processes.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and generate detailed sales reports.
  • Analyze customer data, prepare forecasts, and generate detailed customer reports.
  • Oversee and manage the integrity and operational functionality of CRM systems, including but not limited to EDI connections and Sales Rep software.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team and customer service team to ensure orders are being shipped out in a timely manner and no issues are occurring.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess sales success.
  • Provide ongoing support and tools to the sales team, ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
  • Coordinate sales training programs and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Manage sales territory and quota assignments, ensuring equitable distribution and alignment with company goals.
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans and incentives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the sales operations budget and ensure resource allocation aligns with departmental objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
