Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects or initiatives.
  • Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, including sales and marketing principles, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the aviation industry.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Travel: Occasional travel required, up to 10% of the time.
