PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the contract renewals process
  • Performing regular customer check-ins, identifying outstanding issues, and assisting with deficiency reporting
  • Assisting with Project Management scheduling and look ahead reports.
  • Tracking bid progress and conducting timely follow up.
  • Soliciting vendor and subcontractor proposals, as needed, and assisting with proposals for preventive and corrective maintenance work.
  • Attending weekly Team meetings; providing updates on current status and upcoming client needs.
  • Assisting with work orders, purchase orders, submittals and RFI management.
  • Establishing and maintaining open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a support/administrative role, with a minor understanding of construction preferred.
  • Has a keen attention to detail.
  • Is proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
