Your Role


We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead strategic IT projects in our US market, working on behalf of Group IT across multiple workstreams.


Elida Beauty is beginning a separation program to operate independently, with an agreed strategy of Microsoft Business Central (MBC) as the core ERP, to align with the wider Yellow Wood company portfolio.


You will lead delivery of our this for the US Market, working with the Elida Beauty business teams and the identified System Integrator to deliver the program and drive value creation for Elida Beauty.


Beyond that you will support the North America Leadership Team by understanding their IT requirements and working with the global IT team to deliver change and improve adoption of technology platforms.


You will be a driven individual with experience on major transformation activity, managing the inputs and expectations of multiple stakeholders under tight timescales. You will be able to build relationships across multiple teams in a highly dynamic environment.


Your Key Responsibilities and Tasks


  • Manage the delivery of the US IT Separation program, co-ordinating between Elida Beauty teams, ERP System Integrator and other relevant 3rd parties.


  • Help scope and shape programs and business changes. Gather and understand business requirements and ideas; consistently translate ideas and requirements into clearly articulated definitions for projects and programs. Ensure they remain on track to meet our requirements, align with strategy and realise the expected value.


  • Manage project and program risks and develop scenarios to mitigate. Provide regular and appropriate updates of delivery against plan across senior levels of the business


  • Be an advocate for Technology in the US Market and end users to navigate the IT organisation. You will help deliver IT strategy in market and provide feedback to the IT team on user requirements and improvement opportunities


  • Partnering the North America leadership Team, helping them to understand and influence the Technology roadmap to drive business value for the NA region


Key interfaces:

  • The role is part of the IT CIO Office and Demand Management team
  • US Separation Program team
  • Role will primarily be business facing, supporting the North America regional leadership team - but will have engagement across all parts of the IT team


All about you:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP Transformation programs
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong experience in end-to-end program management and project implementation.
  • Ideally 8+ years' experience in an IT Program role within a CPG or FMCG company.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy
  • The ability to effectively lead and engage cross functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence competing view and agendas
