This is a detailed role, to be successful you must become familiar with their top 10-20 products and able to process orders for biotech related products.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer client phone calls and email from Asian clients, must be fluent in Mandarin

Process order requests

Communicate with production team to give schedule updates as needed

Track orders progress and update customers

Join weekly meeting with Service and Production teams

Assist sale and acct managers in Asia with new clients

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Mandarin and English

High School Diploma or Equivalent

College level courses in biology/chemistry preferred

3+ years customer service experience

Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
