Customer Service Representative job details include:
  • Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • Pay: $20 - $24/hr. (Depending on experience)
Daily tasks will include managing the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel, acting as the first point of contact with customers, and providing excellent service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer information, processing orders, collecting payments, and assisting with technical inquiries. The role also includes checking in vehicles for product installations, measuring locations for roof rack orders, and educating customers about product features. Additionally, you will resolve customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, and occasionally attend local and national trade shows.

Qualified candidates will have two years of customer service experience.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for our employees.
