Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the D2C customer service channel
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Accurately manage customer information, orders, and invoices
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and issues
  • Process orders and facilitate payment transactions
  • Coordinate vehicle check-ins for product installations
  • Offer technical assistance and product education to customers
  • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary
  • Communicate customer feedback and product insights to relevant departments
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize sales efforts
  • Utilize office equipment and maintain accurate records
  • Attend local and national trade shows as required
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Solution-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute with accurate spelling and grammar
  • Interest or experience in outdoor, automotive, off-road, or overland industries
Additional Experience Desired:
  • Experience in manufacturing, QuickBooks, E-commerce, or NetSuite
