Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Professional to join our team in Lakewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote AEC’s products and services. Identify target markets and tailor marketing efforts to reach specific customer segments.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and print materials. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. Monitor and enhance AEC’s online presence and reputation.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and manage trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. Develop promotional materials and campaigns to support event objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture potential customers. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
