We are currently seeking a Marketing & Community Outreach Associate to support our community-focused outreach initiatives. This role is essential in enhancing customer enrollment and broadening our client's influence within the community. The ideal candidate will have a blend of marketing knowledge, presentation or public speaking abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers, focusing on enrolling qualified individuals in telecommunication services.
  • Serve as a bridge between the community and our client's offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate innovative strategies for increasing brand visibility within the community.
  • Work alongside colleagues and management to achieve or surpass enrollment targets.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all client-related information.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing or customer service roles, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to connect with diverse audiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
