Role Overview:

As a Founding Account Executive at Unblocked, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and selling our unique product offerings. This position requires a dynamic individual who can not only devise creative marketing strategies but also handle hands-on market testing and rapid iteration of sales pitches and product bundles. You will be instrumental in determining pricing strategies and adapting our value proposition to meet market demands and maximize growth. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing tailored marketing strategies, hands-on sales, and iterating on sales approaches based on real-time market feedback.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Design and execute a variety of sales pitches and product bundles, rapidly evolving these strategies based on direct market feedback to optimize reach and impact.
  • Define pricing strategies that align with business goals while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure offerings meet market needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients, effectively communicating Unblocked’s value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup environment with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, sales strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in developing, testing, and adapting sales pitches and product bundles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
