Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the administration, implementation, and reporting of commission and quota-based compensation plans across our global organization. You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support and enhance our sales compensation programs.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect and review data related to incentive plans.
  • Analyze trends and perform detailed data analysis.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports to drive critical business decisions and provide insights to Sales Compensation leadership.

Sales Compensation Planning:

  • Assist in the design, data modeling, and evaluation of sales compensation plans.
  • Participate in cost modeling to ensure plans are financially viable and aligned with business goals.

SOX Controls & Audits:

  • Support the preparation of key Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports to ensure compliance and accuracy in compensation reporting.

Value-Add Analytics:

  • Conduct ad hoc analytics based on business needs and stakeholder requests.
  • Develop attainment and productivity reports for performance management and cost analysis.

Project Management:

  • Manage projects related to the Request for Proposals (RFP) and implementation of external compensation systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
