Sales Role: Due to our extensive suite of products, we offer a variety of different sales opportunities across multiple teams (B2C & B2B). This specific role is focused on selling to individual real estate agents, teams, and brokerages.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional value to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Consult with real estate agents and brokers, providing recommendations based on their needs and closing business effectively.
  • Create opportunities through networking, prospecting, and leveraging strategic partnerships.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and create opportunities from local and national events.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate prospective clients about our coaching services and SaaS offerings.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage and track leads and opps and sales activities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and collaborate with your team.
  • Apply advanced sales techniques to optimize the sales process and achieve targets.

Key Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have proven sales experience, particularly in a consultative or B2B sales role, and demonstrate a coachable, competitive spirit. You'll need strong self-management skills, motivation, and discipline, driven by a desire to grow your career. Customer focus, proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred), and excellent communication skills are essential. A track record of winning and raising the bar,
