Customer Service Specialist

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: ONSITE in San Antonio, TX
Duration: 6-month contract (extensions and permanent possible)
Pay Rate: $15-18/hour (depending on experience)
Must Haves:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of call center or collections experience in a customer service/help desk related role
- Experience following a script while making high volume inbound and/or outbound calls
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record of good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Day-to-Day:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing end users with excellent first contact resolution and escalation customer service to include service management, incident management, technical troubleshooting, etc.
IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.
- Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.
- Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
- Consultant Benefits: Group Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, and Flexible Spending Account benefit plans. New hires have 30 days from their start date to elect in benefits, which are effective on day 31 of employment.
