Job Title: Global Customer Service Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team at MillenniumSoft. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Support:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Technical Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers on MillenniumSoft products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage customer cases and track progress.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of MillenniumSoft products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ or N+ certification.
  • Microsoft SQL experience.
  • Windows Server and Desktop Administration experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard non-changing shift will be provided.
  • May include working weekends based on provided shift.
